The Pinnacles national Park is an absolute must if in the area. Being able to drive through past these natural wonders at your own pace and being able to stop whenever to get that perfect photo makes it all the more fun.

It is good for a drive through the desert, and if you chose to explore be prepared to walk a lot. There are couple of good spots which is spectacular if you have the energy and patience to walk. Tbh its worth a drive to the desert one time in your life. Please watch out for flies in some seasons

One of the top attractions in Western Australia. Wonderful unique desert landscape. A walk along the guide path at Pinnacles was not difficult. Great views were the reward. But the flies were really annoying.

If you're in Perth and have a full day to spare, why not drop by the Pinnacles desert to have a look at these rocks? It's a three-hour drive away, assuming if you don't stop midway for the Lancelin sand dunes. You can actually drive around the park (slowly). And paths are well marked. There's a visitor's center at the side, with a bit of the history on the discovery of this place and a bit of a showcase on the critters that roams the immediate surroundings. Note that temperature drops very rapidly after sunset.

A small desert totally looks like something out of this world. Spectacular colors.
